This allows folks the option to mix-and-match different heads and stems with different base configurations. Sold as a unit of the stem, the head and the swivel to which the head mounts.
The long stem is typically used with a C-Clamp and the short stem with a pedestal base.
The Midge head has been specially designed for tying small flies down to size32 and as big as size 6. The ergonomically designed forefront provides the tier the comfort of tying small flies but allows for tying traditional sized flies as well.
